Dirty grout lines can be an eyesore & also embarrassing. Grout tends to get dirty quicker than tile because most grout lines are lower than the tiles. This causes soil, grease, and debris to get embedded into the grout lines. This makes grout more difficult to clean than tile and getting on your hands and knees to clean grout lines can be a backbreaking task.

Grout can become stained permanently if not properly maintained. At Pink’s, we recommend sealing your grout lines after a professional cleaning to prevent soil buildup & potentially staining the grout lines permanently.

Our Process: Depending on the type of tile and grout, we apply either an acid cleaner or an alkaline cleaner to break down all the oils and greases. The grout lines are then scrubbed. Finally, a steaming hot rotary high pressure rinse to leave your tile and grout clean and sanitized. After allowing for some dry time, we apply our sealant and in an hour it’s ready for use.
